Miranda Smit
Miranda, an animal scientist working in Knowledge Transfer, serves as President of Edmonton Tennis Community to passionately grow the sport in Edmonton and is leading community tennis events.

Barbara Bergstrom
Barbara, a retired lawyer and seasoned volunteer with extensive board experience, serves as Vice President of the ETC Board, championing youth engagement in the sport.

Benjamin Steffes-Lai
Ben, former secretary and treasurer of Yukon badminton organizations, now hosts tennis events and serves as Board Secretary for Edmonton Tennis Community while working as a Chief Digital Officer.

Francisco Marquez-Stricker
Francisco, a longtime Edmonton resident and attorney, actively supports the tennis community as Board Treasurer and event organizer, fostering connection through the sport.

Theodore, a former high school tennis champion and accountant, returned to tennis recently and now helps grow the sport by organizing tournaments and community programs as an ETC Board member.

Andrea, originally from the Northwest Territories, has spent over 14 years coordinating tennis programs and tournaments at Saville and serves as a Director on the ETC Board.

Rafiel’s journey with tennis began at the age of 13 at EJTS, where he quickly fell in love with the sport’s dynamics and challenges. During his first year, he volunteered as an assistant coach, sparking a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring players.
