Refund Policy
REGULAR SCHEDULED PROGRAMS
Edmonton Tennis Community (ETC) does not offer refunds or credits for missed classes due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. Our programs are priced affordably with this policy in mind, and space in each class is limited.

Refund requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the start of the program. A $15 administrative fee will apply.

No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

Credits may be considered only in cases of significant injury or extended illness, supported by a doctor’s note clearly stating the time period the participant is unable to attend.

Classes cancelled by ETC (due to coach illness, weather, or other circumstances) will be rescheduled or credited.
MEET & HIT — MONTHLY SCHEDULED DROP-INS
ETC does not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions due to illness, vacation, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. Our Meet & Hit events are priced affordably with this policy in mind, and space in each session is limited.

MEET & HIT — INDIVIDUAL DROP-IN EVENTS
If players can no longer attend a single Meet & Hit event:

Please change your RSVP to “Not Going” on MeetUp and email administrator@edmontontennis.ca at least 48 hours prior to the event to request a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
