Jonathan, a native of Edmonton, was introduced to tennis in grade 5 on local community tennis courts where he played with his first Prince tennis racquet at the height of the Andre Agassi/Sampras years – which he still has! An active sports enthusiast, playing and coaching in various sports and leagues throughout the years, Jonathan re-ignited his love for tennis largely thanks to the engagement and exposure efforts of the Edmonton Tennis Community. One of his fondest tennis memories was watching his 2 young kids hitting their first shots over the net during their initial tennis lessons offered by the EJTS.
As a manager in IT and Project Managment Proffessional, Jonathan strives to provide opportunites to teams and continuous development for all those with interest and a desire to get involved. He hopes to facilitate the same for tennis within Edmonton and to help achieve the strategic goals as a member of the ETC board.
