Thinh joins ETC with more than 20 years of playing experience, winning a handful of tournaments in both singles and doubles. He is a certified instructor and is working toward obtaining his Club Pro 1 (CP1) designation, while also maintaining active membership with the Tennis Professionals Association.
Thinh has been coaching for three years, specializing in players from tots through age 10 and beyond. When he first came to Canada, he competed in tournaments across both Edmonton and Calgary. His inspiration to coach with the Edmonton Tennis Community comes from a shared vision: making tennis affordable and accessible for everyone.
One of his most memorable moments in tennis is having fun games with kids, which reflects his passion for creating a positive and engaging environment. Beyond the court, Thinh enjoys hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. He looks forward to continuing to spread the fun, skills, and knowledge of the game to the next generation.
